Good reasons to contact us
- You spotted a typo or factual error. Tell us what you saw and where. We correct visibly with a date stamp at the top of the article.
- A spec we cited has changed. Manufacturers update model lines and prices regularly. If something’s stale, we want to know.
- You want to suggest a product or brand we haven’t covered. Especially helpful for newer brands gaining traction. We’ll add it to our research queue.
- You have a question about a review. Anything we covered too briefly, you want more detail on, etc. Your question often becomes a future article.
- You found a use case we missed — apartment quirks, accessibility considerations, integration with niche standing desks. Help us cover what matters.
For brands and PR teams
We accept brand-supplied review units under specific conditions:
- Editorial independence is non-negotiable. Sending us a unit doesn’t buy a positive review. We publish negative findings if we observe them.
- Full disclosure at the top of every brand-supplied review. Readers will see exactly how we got the product before they read a single word of analysis.
- No editorial input from the brand. You don’t review the draft. You don’t approve the score. You don’t see the article before it goes live.
- We keep the product after the review for ongoing comparison and refresh updates.

What we don’t do
- Personalized buying advice for individual circumstances. We can point you to relevant articles, but we can’t replace a personalized consultation.
- Customer service for the products we review. We don’t sell or service walking pads. For warranty or repair issues, contact the manufacturer directly.
- Hidden sponsorships or undisclosed partnerships. Every brand relationship is visible to the reader. No exceptions.
